How do I request a service?
Use Service Enquiry, Request Callback or Customer Dashboard. You will receive a reference number after submission.
Are prices fixed?
Subscription plan pricing and service limits are controlled from CRM/admin settings. Additional service charges may apply when free allowance is exhausted.
How are technicians verified?
TrustOfix should maintain technician onboarding, identity verification, training and assignment records in the admin/CRM system.
Can I cancel a booking?
Contact support or request callback. Admin/employee can cancel or manage bookings according to the service policy.
Where can I view invoices?
Invoices should be visible from the customer dashboard and shareable through website/WhatsApp/SMS when enabled.
